Maani Muscat Hotel & Apartments

The well-equipped room with a good kitchen and plenty of space in the living area.A large mall nearby where you can find almost everything.

It's pretty far from beaches so you need to figure out something with transport if you want to swim (rental car or taxi).

Excellent hotel with very good service. Big thanks to Azam the team leader and to his colleagues (Yeasin, Faisal, Apu). Would strongly recommend to anyone, a no brainer. One of the best hotel I’ve been in my whole life.

We had a wonderful and enjoyable one-night stay at your hotel. The check-in experience was excellent, and we were welcomed very warmly. The team took our car and parked it for us, and they kept the keys safely, which was a great service provided by the hotel. The place was very clean, and the apartment was spacious with a variety of amenities. The swimming pool for young children was fantastic—completely separate from the main pool—and our kids enjoyed it so much. There were also lifeguards supervising the pool, which made us feel very comfortable. The breakfast was very diverse and delicious. There were several staff members available to help with check-out, and everything was clearly explained. They brought our car to us and were very helpful with loading our luggage, especially the staff outside the hotel at the main gate. We truly appreciate their efforts.Every time we visit this hotel, we notice improvements and the addition of new services. We wish the entire team continued success, and we look forward to staying with you again.

Location

The front desk does not answer the phone if they are serving customers! I have to get down from my room to get things done!

Nice staff-Good hotel service-

Sometimes room service is delayed.

Liked the accessibility. Restaurant was affordable. Room was decent.

Breakfast could be improved. Staff could be more attentive. Not comfy.

In general good

I booked rooms with breakfast, but unfortunately booking was without breakfastI asked to add it they said not allowed we should pay in counter per person

Clean

Unavailability of the EV charger, we booked the hotel because it has a charger. They have 2 chargers but only one is working, and many times there was gasoline cars parked there. So we had to take a taxi as we where unable to charge. But other than that everything was perfect

Room was modern and clean Beautifully decorated Housekeeping was thorough

Breakfast was slightly underwhelming - was too crowded and quite a few items were finished and awaiting replenishment (understaffed too)

Amazing place overall - new facilities, great pool, very good service

-

The property has a nice pool

The property is not well cleaned. The carpets in the corridors were dirty, food from room service was everywhere outside the rooms from late afternoon to next morning, pool changing rooms were dirty. Sauna and steam bath were not working. Gym was dirty. Pool which is potentially very nice not maintained well, used towels not removed when other guest left. It’s a pity because the structure is nice.

Clean, location

Limited variety in breakfast

The location is really nice and neighboring a large mall within walking distance. The staff are wonderful.

The breakfast buffet could use more varieties.Room and general areas could also be cleaner.

Comfortable hotel

Is located outside town on very uninteresting location and far from the city centre

Clean and comfy.

The delivery rules and regulations. Slow service when calling .

Good location ,price ,staff was kind and helpfully

The water smells very bad in the early morning -the bathroom - not much varieties for the breakfast .

Everything, location, facilities, clean, medium breakfast, valet parking service

This is a lovely hotel in Muscat, located in a quiet neighbourhood. We absolutely loved our stay, such friendly staff, good facilities, well-appointed rooms and decent breakfast. We would definitely recommend it.

Our only complain would be that the pool wasn’t temperature controlled for the season in which we visited, plus guests are allowed to smoke around the pool, which made it quite uncomfortable for non-smokers like us.

Hassan and the valet parking team provided exceptional service throughout my stay. Along with smooth and safe valet parking, they also offered excellent car wash service — my car always looked clean and fresh. The team was quick, attentive, and truly professionalHassan maintains top-class standards, and his team’s dedication is highly appreciatedA special note of appreciation for the hotel owner as well — it clearly shows that the management values quality and has trained their staff to deliver outstanding service. Such leadership truly makes a guest’s experience memorable
